About Jordan

My work starts inside the operation.

I’m Jordan Lynde. My background is in vacation rental operations in the Smoky Mountains, across sales, owner relationships, revenue, and the work that happens between stays.

At Haven Vacation Rentals, I’ve worked in sales and client experience, operations leadership, and partnerships and revenue. I also co-founded Tendwell Cleaning Co., where the work is cleaning and preparing vacation rentals for the next guest.

Those roles shape how I approach consulting: understand the numbers, talk to the people doing the work, and make the next steps clear. I live in Knoxville with my family.

Before we talk

A few practical questions.

Local experience in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and the surrounding Smokies. Remote work across the United States.

What does a short-term rental consultant do?

I help owners and managers work through specific operating problems: pricing, turnover quality, guest communication, and property performance. We agree on the problem and scope before starting.

What is a fractional COO?

It means a part-time chief operating officer. Instead of a single project, I work with you on an ongoing basis to lead operations, coordinate your team and vendors, and follow through on the work we agree to.

Who is this for?

Self-managing vacation rental owners, co-hosts, and property management companies. You may need help with one property or with the systems behind a growing portfolio.

Do I need to be in the Smoky Mountains?

No. I am based in Knoxville and work across Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and the surrounding Smokies. Remote consulting is available nationwide.

What does it cost?

The introductory call is free and lasts 30 minutes. Consulting is priced by project; ongoing COO work uses a monthly retainer. We discuss the scope and fee before you commit.

Let’s look at what’s getting in the way.

Bring a specific problem or a few questions. We’ll use the first call to see whether working together makes sense.
